Privacy Policy

This Confidentiality Charter is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale of the Site that the Customer accepts explicitly and without reservation when placing an order and agreeing to pay. The Customer acknowledges when approving the T&Cs that he has read and accepted this Privacy Policy.

Capitalized terms and acronyms have the definition given to them in the T&Cs.

The management of the Site is governed by the Swiss Federal Law on Data Protection .

 

1) Accommodation: 

The Site and its databases are hosted by the company Infomaniak Network SA, Av de la Praille 26, 1227 Carouge, Switzerland, IDE CHE-103.167.648, which provides the Company with the implementation of organizational arrangements and technical means to ensure compliance with Swiss law on the protection of personal data with regard to hosting and communications through the means made available by the site. 

2) Links to third party sites:

The Site provides links to various social networks and suppliers, service providers or external partners for reasons of ease of use for Customers. The verification of these links and the consequences related to their use is the responsibility of the Customer. 3) Payment and delivery process:

The Customer accepts the special conditions of the service providers who participate in the payment and delivery process in Switzerland:

4) Customer Account:

  1. The Site manages personal data according to precepts in accordance with Swiss law on the protection of personal data https://www.admin.ch/opc/fr/classified-compilation/19920153/index.html .
  2. By creating his customer account, the Customer agrees to receive offers and information from the Company. The Customer may at any time unsubscribe from this service by going to his personal space and/or correcting his personal data there.  
  3. The Customer accepts that his data will be collected and stored by the Company, in order to proceed with the processing of his orders as well as to send him personalized offers. This excludes bank card and payment data.
  4. The Company undertakes to treat this information confidentially on the principle of good faith and by taking appropriate organizational and technical measures to avoid any processing by unauthorized third parties. However, the Company cannot guarantee the inviolability of the storage of this personal data.
  5. Communication with the Company: Communications with the Company are not considered confidential and the Client acknowledges that communications by e-mail are not entirely secure and therefore accepts the risks associated with this mode of communication.

 

5) Cookies and traffic data:

The Site uses cookies which store information.

The Site also analyzes traffic data through the IP addresses connecting to the site.

We may use these cookies and their data to improve the user experience (in particular for shopping cart management), improve the security of the Site, the payment and delivery process, obtain traffic and usage statistics and analyze trends. . 

We do not retain any personal data relating to your IP address without your consent and none of the cookies we use retain any personal data.

6) External service providers using the data collected on the Site:

The Company may need to use the services of external service providers to analyze the data collected and improve its service and security. The Company undertakes that the service providers having access to this information are bound by the same Data Protection Charter as the Site itself or by a charter of at least equivalent level in terms of the protection of personal data.
