Items can be collected free of charge from the workshop at the following address:

SO-WOOD delivers to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and throughout the European Union.
Packages are shipped according to product classes and sizes. All shipments leave with the Swiss postal services. Delivery time: up to 10 days.
Orders under 150.- are shipped all taxes and customs fees included.
The recipient of an international shipment over 150.-CHF may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance may be charged to the recipient. SO-WOOD has no control over these charges, nor can it predict the amount prior to ordering.
Returns
• Personalized products are not subject to the right of return because these are said to be tailor-made, the right of return cannot therefore apply.
• Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging.
• The return costs for a return or an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
• The refund will be made upon receipt of the returned items.
