SO-WOOD delivers to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and throughout the European Union.
Parcels are shipped according to product class and size. All shipments are sent via Swiss Post. Delivery time: up to 10 days.
Orders under 150.- are shipped with all taxes and customs fees included.
The recipient of an international shipment valued at over CHF 150 may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional customs clearance fees may also be charged to the recipient. SO-WOOD has no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount before the order is placed.
• Personalized products are not subject to the right of return because they are custom-made; therefore, the right of return does not apply.
• Returns and exchanges are possible within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items.
